Brief Bio

A senior statistician based in Ottawa, Canada, Nick Barrowman obtained his PhD in Statistics from Dalhousie University in 2000, with a thesis entitled Nonlinear mixed effects models for meta-analysis. He is former Biostatistical Editor for the Canadian Medical Association Journal (CMAJ), has over 20 years experience in applied statistics, and has published widely in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
